Overview
This Valpolicella Hidden Gravel Tour takes you deep into the heart of the region, away from the crowds, on quiet gravel roads that wind through vineyards, olive groves, and historic villages. Starting from Verona, we head into the countryside, where you’ll experience the beauty of Valpolicella from a cyclist’s perspective. With gravel paths that offer both gentle rolls and a few climbs, this ride combines the thrill of off-road cycling with the serenity of one of Italy’s most picturesque landscapes.
Along the way, you’ll pass through lesser-known corners of the region, with plenty of opportunities to stop and enjoy local sights. The area is famous for its wines, and we’ll end the ride with an optional visit to a local winery for a tasting. This tour is perfect for cyclists who want to combine gravel cycling with a touch of local culture.

Start: Morning departure from Verona, heading toward Valpolicella

Route: Ride through quiet gravel roads, passing vineyards, olive groves, and scenic villages

Climbs: Tackle a few moderate gravel climbs, offering spectacular views over the region

Midpoint: Stop at a local village for a short break or coffee

Finish: End the ride in San Giorgio Ingannapoltron, with the option to visit a local winery for a tasting of Valpolicella wine

Return: Head back to Verona in the early afternoon, with time to relax after a rewarding ride

Booking, Deposit and Cancellation
Booking Confirmation
The booking request can be made via the form on the website ciaocycling.cc or by email. A booking is considered accepted and the contract concluded only when Carolina Rossi sends a confirmation to the consumer, either electronically or directly.
Deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the start of the one-day bike tour. Both the deposit and the final payment are non-refundable.
Weather Policy
In the event of bad weather or conditions that make the ride unsafe, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund.
