In general: curated routes, goodie bag, ride support, local tips, and meals or stops as listed. Camps include a mix of daily rides, meals, and optional extras like mobility sessions or winery visits. Details vary by event and are clearly outlined on each event page.
We keep it small and personal — usually 6 to 12 riders. Some events are even more intimate or private by design.

Yes! We host girls-only gravel and road camps designed to be welcoming, empowering, and fun — no pressure, just good vibes and great rides.
Multi-day camps organized with tour operator truly italy S.r.l. are also managed by truly italy S.r.l.
Carolina Rossi (ciaocycling) is the camp lead and bike guide, but not responsible for bookings and payments.
Deposit Policy
To confirm a reservation, each individual guest is required to pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount. The deposit can be paid by credit card or via bank transfer to the account of Hotel Mod05, based on a proforma invoice or offer. The remaining balance will be charged 7 business days before arrival.
All payment details will be provided upon booking request by the official tour operator, Truly Italy S.r.l.
Cancellation Policy
- Up to 30 days before arrival: Free cancellation, no charges apply.
- Between 30 and 14 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount will be charged (the deposit is retained).
- Within 13 days before arrival: 90% of the total amount will be charged.
In the case of early departure, late arrival, or no-show, 100% of the cost of the unused nights will be charged.
🚲 Bikes & Gear
You’re welcome to bring your own, or we can help arrange a rental through trusted local partners. Rental bikes are high quality and can be delivered to your accommodation or the camp base.
It depends on the tour — gravel or road. We’ll clearly indicate which bike is best for each experience, and you can always ask if you’re unsure.
Yes, helmets are mandatory on all rides.

We’re happy to recommend bike-friendly accommodations near the start of your tour or camp. Some events include lodging, others leave it up to you — we’ll always clarify that up front.
We’ll send a packing list tailored to your tour or camp, but essentials include cycling kit, helmet, water bottles, and a few layers for changeable weather.
We don’t provide transport directly, but we’re happy to recommend trusted transfer services and share tips for the best travel routes to reach us smoothly. Just let us know your plans!
