Welcome to CiaoCycling! By booking a service, accessing our website, or participating in a tour or camp, you agree to the following terms:<\/p>

1. Booking & Payment<\/h3>
  • The booking request can be made via the form on the website ciaocycling.cc<\/span> or by email. A booking is considered accepted<\/span> and the contract concluded only when Carolina Rossi<\/span> sends a confirmation<\/span> to the consumer, either electronically or directly.<\/li>
  • All services must be booked in advance.<\/li>
  • Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure your place. Details are provided in the More Info\u00a0<\/em>tab on each individual tour<\/li>
  • Payment methods include bank transfer, PayPal, or other methods as agreed.<\/li><\/ul>

    2. Cancellations & Refunds for tours and custom tours\u00a0<\/h3>
    • Cancellations must be made in writing (email).<\/li>
    • Refund policies vary by service. Please refer to the cancellation terms outlined for each event or tour.<\/li>
    • In the event of bad weather<\/span> or conditions that make the ride unsafe, we will offer you an alternative date<\/span> or a full refund<\/span>.<\/li><\/ul>

      3. Deposit & Cancellation Policy for camps in cooperation with truly Italy<\/h3>

      Carolina Rossi is a certified bike guide who only offers bike guide services. Multi-day camps that include hotel, meals and extra activities are organized with tour operator truly italy S.r.l. and managed by truly italy S.r.l.
      Carolina Rossi (ciaocycling) is the camp bike guide and offers the website as advertising platform, but is not responsible for bookings and payments.<\/p><\/div>

      The booking request is made via the same form used by the consumer on the website ciaocycling.cc or via email. ciaocycling.cc forwards the booking to Truly Italy S.r.l. (P.IVA: IT04415960238), tour operator of this camp. A booking shall be understood as accepted by Truly Italy S.r.l.and the contract therefore concluded, only when the consumer receives confirmation from Truly Italy S.r.l., even electronically, which may be sent either directly to the client.<\/p>

      Deposit<\/strong><\/p>

      • To confirm a reservation, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required at
        the time of booking. The deposit can be paid via bank
        transfer to the account of Hotel Mod05, based on a proforma invoice or
        offer. Full payment is required prior to arrival.<\/li>
      • All payment details will be provided upon booking request by the official
        tour operator, Truly Italy S.r.l.<\/li>

        Cancellation<\/strong><\/p>

        • Up to 21 days before arrival: Free cancellation, full refund of the deposit<\/li>
        • From 20 days before arrival: The booking is non-refundable, and 100% of
          the total amount will be charged<\/li>
        • In case of early departure, late arrival, or no-show, 100% of the cost of
          the unused nights will be charged<\/li><\/ul>

          4. Insurance & Liability<\/h3>
          • Participants are responsible for their own travel and medical insurance.<\/li>
          • While we prioritize safety, cycling inherently involves risk. By joining a ride or event, you accept personal responsibility and acknowledge that Carolina Rossi (bike guide) is not liable for accidents or injuries.<\/li><\/ul>

            5. Equipment<\/h3>
            • You are responsible for the condition of your own bicycle and equipment unless renting through us or a partner.<\/li>
            • Helmets are mandatory on all rides.<\/li><\/ul>

              6. Conduct<\/h3>
              • Respect for fellow riders, locals, and traffic laws is expected at all times.<\/li>
              • We reserve the right to remove any participant who jeopardizes group safety or enjoyment.<\/li><\/ul>
